The Devon & Cornwall Housing Association's 'Tenant Investigation Group' are a group of volunteer residents who are working in partnership with us to improve housing services. They do this by mystery shopping DCHA and other housing association services so they can compare them, through reading reports and looking at facts and figures about service areas, talking with staff and consulting with residents.

Start your own tenants or residents association in your local area which will allow a connection between local residents and Exeter City Council.
