Devon Prevention Strategy – 'Promoting Independence and Well-being'

Devon County Council and NHS Devon have published the Devon Prevention Strategy. There are a number of key stages where the strategy suggests that intervention might take place and which are relevant to services provided by the Voluntary and Community Sector.

Although the consultation on the broad strategy has finished, there is still an opportunity for the VCS to influence what services are commissioned under the strategy.  Exeter CVS is holding a consultation event about this on 18 January 2012, 10.30am – 12pm.
