Cancellation Terms
If you are unable to attend the training course you may send someone in your place or:
- More than two weeks notice - full refund less £10 administration charge
- Less than two weeks notice - full amount payable
Exeter CVS reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses and a full refund will be offered. In the event of a course being cancelled, at least 7 days’ notice will be given, unless circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that in the event of a course being cancelled on the day Exeter CVS is unable to reimburse an organisation’s staff cover costs.
