Introduction to Outcomes

This half day course will introduce the concept of Outcomes, help participants to understand what outcomes are (and aren't), identify the benefits of an outcomes approach to their work, and provide them with the tools to start to develop an outcomes framework for their work, which is the way many funders and commissioners are now seeking to evidence change.
This session covers the need to capture outcomes to demonstrate that organisations do "make a difference", particularly in the current climate. The session will also provide an overview of the Charity Evaluation Service Outcomes Reporting Framework.
