No charity or voluntary group can operate without its Trustees. This is an opportunity for trustees to review their roles and responsibilities in a changing climate. Learn how to develop a clear understanding of the governing body.

- Understand the differing legal structures and what these mean for the organisation
- Draw up an action plan to take your organisation forward
