This course is ideal for anyone that wants to learn how to use social media as a tool for their organisation. This course will give you an overview of the various social media tools available and how to use them effectively for managing volunteers.
The Course will cover:
- An overview of various social media tools including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and blogs
- Understanding how these social media tools can be used to support recruitment of volunteers
- Using social media to keep in regular and up to date contact with your volunteers
- Identifying the limits and effectiveness of each media tool
- Creating an online Volunteer management interface.
