Recruit and keep the right volunteers by learning how to implement fair and appropriate advertising and recruitment policies.
This course will help you to:
- Understand the need to have an effective Volunteer Policy
- Understand good practice related to recruiting volunteers
- Identify appropriate advertising opportunities
- Identified appropriate recruitment procedures
- Understand the links between effective recruitment and retention of volunteers
- Complete an action plan to address identified areas for development
