Understand the law as it relates to volunteers, and develop a legal and ethical ‘volunteer policy’ for your organisation.
This course will help you to:
- Understand the law as it applies to volunteers
- Understand the use of teminology as it relates to volunteers
- Understand what constitutes good practice when managing volunteers
- Consider the importace of a Volunteer Policy
- Complete and action plan to address identified areas for development
