This ILM Level 4 Award is designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation for their formal development as a manager.
This award is made up of two mandatory units ‘Understanding the management role’ and ‘Developing management skills.’
Learners cover the core research, analysis and group working skills essential to practising or potential middle managers.
The course will be portfolio based with a choice of blended learning, work based assignments, reflective reviews, oral presentations, roleplay/ scenarios and written reports.
