NOCN Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)

The minimum teaching requirement, PTLLS covers the planning, delivery and assessment of inclusive, motivational sessions to adult learners. This starter course explores the demands of a teaching role in the lifelong learning sector.
This accredited course will help you to:
- Understand your role, responsibilities and boundaries in relation to teaching
- Understand teaching and learning approaches
- Demonstrate session planning skills
- Understand how to deliver inclusive sessions which motivate learners
- Understand the use of different assessment methods and the need for record keeping
