Meeting Rooms
We have 2 meeting rooms and an IT suite available for Exeter CVS members. Other organisations may book these rooms, if available.

Both rooms have Fair trade tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities charged at a small fee which includes biscuits.

- Internet Access can be provided by arrangement at an additional cost.
- Flipchart & paper
- Hearing loop (in main Meeting Room only)
For members who charge others to use the rooms, a special rate will apply.
Cancellation The full amount will be payable for cancellations made less than 7 days before an event.
IT Suite
We have an up to date IT suite available for up to 8 students with or without a tutor. Please contact us for details.
Catering
Exeter CVS does not provide on site catering. If you require catering we recommend local suppliers listed below. Please contact them in good time to avoid disappointment.
