Paul Simmons from Exeter CVS' Time & Talents programme joined John and Bruce to talk about Corporate Social Responsibility - how employers can improve their companies' skills base and performance by linking up with voluntary sector organisations, how employees can develop their talents and learn new skills through volunteering, and innovative ways in which the charities and community groups themselves can thrive by having this extra influx of skill and support.
