The Speaking Up learners celebrate their qualificationThe new Learning Programme is revealed as Fiona and Jo from the CVS Learning Team joined us to talk about helping the community to find its voice through the Speaking Up courses, upskilling the technically baffled with IT training, inspiring people and building their confidence through Personal Development opportunities, and exploring the mysterious brave new world of  "E-Learning"…
