This one day course will explore the variety of techniques and strategies required to enable effective communication. Learners will understand why we communicate, and the importance of communicating well

Learners will:

1.  Consider the reasons that we communicate, the methods we use and why

2.  Reflect on their own difficulties in communicating

3.  Understand strategies for communicating more successfully both when writing and speaking

4.  Develop personal goals for communicating better in the future
